My sweet spots

Experience design

As a trained architect, I moved from designing homes and urban planning to digital products and services, always focusing on making people's lives better by starting with their needs. This background helps me design experiences that work well across both physical and digital environments.

Leadership

I have built and managed teams of 2 to 21 people across different countries. I focus on creating work environments where people can do their best work while meeting business goals. I've helped teams through major transitions, setting up team structure, ways of working, or establishing a team from scratch.

Innovation

I help organisations bring complex tech into their products and services, in ways that people will actually use and trust. This makes me well suited if you are looking to integrate new tech into your current service, or you are building a product that needs to be connected with people's needs. I am particularly interested in AI ethics, trust and explainability.

Research & behavioural science

I use both qualitative and quantitative research to connect what people need with what technology can do and what businesses aim to achieve. Studying behavioural science at UCL gave me new superpowers in quantitative research, giving me more tools to understand customers behaviour and needs.
